How to pay for a VPN with USDT

Crypto is the most reliable way to pay when your card is declined. Payments are handled by Cryptomus: you choose USDT and a network, send the amount from the invoice, and once the network confirms it, your server starts automatically.

Three rules so your payment doesn’t get lost

  1. Buy USDT first, then place the order. The invoice is valid for 60 minutes.
  2. Choose the same network you send from. The address depends on the network: a transfer on a different network can be lost.
  3. Exactly the invoice amount must arrive. If your exchange deducts a withdrawal fee, add it to the amount you send.

Step by step

  1. Buy USDTOn an exchange, in its P2P section, at an exchange service or in the Telegram wallet. Get the plan price plus a little extra for the withdrawal fee.
  2. Choose a server and the “Cryptocurrencies” methodOn the checkout page, pick a city and a period, and choose “Cryptocurrencies” as the payment method. The Cryptomus payment page opens.
  3. Choose USDT and a networkSelect USDT and a network. If you’re not sure which, take TRON (TRC-20): almost every exchange and wallet supports it. The address and the exact amount appear on screen.
  4. Send the paymentIn your exchange or wallet, withdraw USDT to this address on the same network. Copy the whole address instead of typing it, and finish within 60 minutes.
  5. Wait for confirmationIt usually takes a few minutes. Once the network confirms the transfer, your server starts automatically, and the connection details appear in your dashboard and arrive by email.

I sent USDT on a different network — what now?

Write to a@vpn.how with your order number, the network and the transaction hash (TXID). Such a transfer can sometimes be recovered through the payment service, but it isn’t guaranteed — so double-check the network before sending.

Less than the invoice amount arrived

Don’t send a top-up at random. Write to a@vpn.how with your order number and TXID — we’ll find the payment and credit it manually.

I didn’t pay within 60 minutes

If you haven’t sent anything yet, just place the order again. If the transfer went out after the invoice expired, write to a@vpn.how with your order number and TXID — we’ll credit it manually.

How long until the payment is credited?

Usually a few minutes after sending — that’s how long the network takes to confirm the transfer. If more than an hour has passed and there’s no server in your dashboard, write to us with your order number.

Can I pay with another cryptocurrency?

Yes: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDC and other coins are available on the payment page. The same rule applies — the network on the payment page must match the network you send from.

Do I need to register with Cryptomus?

No. The payment page opens from a link in your order — you simply send the transfer to the address shown.
